We are a small family firm which has operated in the centre of Motherwell for over 22 years. We take great pride in delivering a professional service through our two Solicitors and supporting Paralegals. We operate in tandem with independent financial advisers who are able to arrange mortgages for house purchases where there is a difficulty in obtaining lending from your Bank or Building Society. We also use these independent financial advisers where the client wishes to pension share with a spouse in the course of a Separation Agreement. The pension share or transfer is only effective on Divorce and we can advise you on all the steps necessary to ensure that when the Scheme allows retirement your share is protected.
We also operate Legal Clinics at Hamilton & Clydesdale Women's Aid in Hamilton and East Kilbride Women's Aid.
